Welcome to the Baltic Catalogue

If you’re looking for a holiday in a slightly more unusual destination, the Baltic Catalogue may be able to help you.  Similarly for those wanting to step off the beaten track for a while but remain on the fringes of Europe, this website will provide all the information you need to take a trip to our region.

We are of course talking about the Baltic States and primarily we are referring to three countries – Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia – situated on the western shore of the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea is the name by which this expanse of ocean is most commonly known but others, especially Germans, know it as the East Sea.

For Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia we provide a pretty comprehensive guide for each country and within each country a detailed guide to each town and city which is worth a visit.  How to get there, what to see when you arrive and what else there is to do; all the information is contained on this site.

There are however other countries which border the Baltic Sea and all equally fascinating in their own way.  Germany and Poland lie to the south with Finland to the north and Sweden to the west.  There’s even the small Russian enclave of Kaliningrad on the east coast, just to south of Lithuania which is worth a visit for the more inquisitive.

The whole region is fascinating and the histories which support each country equally so; countries which have historically lain within the influence of the former Soviet Union have an interesting and occasionally gruesome past and many of the museums and other places of interest relate to this past.

Anyway, check back regularly for our informative updates ad look forward to seeing you soon!  In the meantime, take a moment to sample Internet Casinos and Gratis Casino Spiele for a profitable diversion.
